Product Information

Our ground-breaking, industry-first Atomic Backland Autoclimb is one of the most convenient touring bindings on the market. It's the sole inhabitant of an entirely new class of touring binding, offering a feature never seen before: the Automatic Climbing Aid. It's automatic, hands-free adjustment to the heel lift angle as you head uphill. The very thing ski tourers are battling against gravity makes it work. When ascent angle goes up, fluid between two chambers seeks a balance, engaging a piston that lifts the heel. It's got every angle of lift, from 2º to 13º, making every step perfect for maximum efficiency. The toe-piece has pins for a natural feel while moving, and it switches easily between ski/tour mode.
